Child Safety Policy
This Child Safety Policy applies to Wavvo, an application published on Google Play by Riloilfuzom LLC.
Riloilfuzom LLC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and compliant social platform. Wavvo is intended for users aged 18 and above. Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account, access, or use the App.
Riloilfuzom LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation, and other forms of abuse involving minors. We take reasonable measures to prevent, detect, review, and address activities that may endanger children or violate applicable laws and regulations.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Riloilfuzom LLC strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on or through Wavvo, including but not limited to:
- Creating, uploading, distributing, sharing, requesting, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexual exploitation, sexual solicitation, harassment, coercion, or manipulation involving minors.
- Grooming or other behavior intended to facilitate the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
- Attempting to obtain, disclose, or distribute a minor's private, sexual, personal, or identifying information for abusive or exploitative purposes.
- Using Wavvo to facilitate, encourage, or promote any activity involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
Any account found to be involved in CSAE or CSAM-related activity may be immediately restricted or permanently terminated. Where required by applicable law, relevant information may be preserved and reported to appropriate law enforcement or child protection authorities.

The designated contact is responsible for receiving and handling child safety-related reports and concerns, including reports involving suspected CSAE or CSAM.
We review child safety reports promptly and take appropriate action based on the nature and severity of each report.
3. In-App Reporting and CSAM Handling
3.1 In-App Reporting
Wavvo provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report content, accounts, or interactions that may violate our policies.
Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, unsafe behavior, or other policy violations through the available Report function within the App.
Reports may include relevant information or supporting evidence where available, such as screenshots or details of the reported interaction.
3.2 Handling of CSAE and CSAM Reports
When we receive a report concerning suspected CSAE or CSAM, we take appropriate steps to assess and address the reported activity.
Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:
- Reviewing the reported content, account, or interaction.
- Removing or restricting violating content.
- Suspending or terminating accounts involved in violations.
- Restricting access to relevant features where appropriate.
- Preserving relevant information when required or permitted by applicable law.
We maintain a process for reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where applicable, or to the appropriate regional child protection or law enforcement authority, in accordance with applicable law.
4. Content Monitoring and Risk Prevention
Riloilfuzom LLC takes reasonable measures to identify and prevent content and behavior that may violate our child safety standards.
These measures may include:
- Moderation and review of reported content, accounts, and interactions.
- Technical measures designed to identify or restrict prohibited content and behavior.
- Enforcement against accounts involved in CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or other abusive activities.
- Ongoing review and improvement of our safety and moderation procedures.
We do not permit Wavvo to be used to facilitate grooming, sexual exploitation, sexual solicitation, trafficking, or other harmful activities involving minors.
5. Age Restriction and Protection of Minors
Wavvo is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above.
- Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for, access, or use Wavvo.
- We do not knowingly allow minors to participate in social interactions, messaging, video calls, or other interactive features provided through the App.
- Wavvo does not provide a parental consent mechanism to allow individuals under 18 to access the App.
- If we become aware that an account belongs to an individual under 18, we may take appropriate action, including restricting or terminating the account.
- Users are encouraged to report suspected underage accounts or activity involving the endangerment or exploitation of minors through the in-app reporting tools or the Child Safety Point of Contact listed in this policy.
Our age restriction is intended to reduce the risk of minors being exposed to adult-oriented social interactions and other potentially harmful activities.
6. Privacy Protection and Minor Safety
Riloilfuzom LLC takes the privacy and safety of minors seriously.
Because Wavvo is intended for adults aged 18 and above, we do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18 or knowingly collect personal information from minors for the purpose of providing access to the App.
If we become aware that an individual under 18 has provided personal information through Wavvo, we will take appropriate steps to review the situation and delete, restrict, or otherwise handle the information in accordance with applicable law.
We also take reasonable measures to prevent personal information from being used for grooming, sexual exploitation, harassment, or other harmful activities involving minors.
7. Reporting Child Safety Concerns Outside Wavvo
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement or child protection authority.

Riloilfuzom LLC is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws, regulations, and Google Play requirements.
We regularly review our child safety practices and update our procedures when necessary to address emerging risks, regulatory requirements, and platform standards.
Our team is expected to follow appropriate procedures when handling reports involving CSAE, CSAM, or other child safety concerns.
We encourage users, parents, guardians, and authorities to report suspected child safety violations promptly so that appropriate action can be taken.
Our goal is to maintain a safe and respectful environment and to prevent Wavvo from being used for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
